Terms & Conditions – Talent Flow

1. Platform Role
   Talent Flow acts solely as a mediator between clients and freelancers. The platform is not directly responsible for the quality or outcome of the delivered work, as full responsibility lies with the contracting parties.

2. Payment Holding
   Project payments are deposited by the client in advance and held securely by the platform until the freelancer delivers the work according to the agreed terms. Funds are released only after delivery confirmation.

3. Client Responsibilities

   • Provide complete and clear project details.

   • Make payments exclusively through the platform.

   • Provide feedback after project completion.

4. Freelancer Responsibilities

   • Deliver work according to agreed specifications and deadlines.

   • Not share or publish client work without prior consent.

   • Maintain confidentiality of client data and project information.

5. Dispute Resolution
   In case of disputes, Talent Flow management will review the evidence submitted by both parties and issue a binding arbitration decision.

6. Intellectual Property
   All rights of the completed work transfer to the client upon full delivery and payment.

7. Fees and Commissions
   Talent Flow deducts a fixed commission percentage from the project value in return for mediation services.

8. Amendments
   The platform reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
